Jaden Luis Osoria, 20, of Mechanicsburg, was charged after police say he admitted to throwing a quarter-inch PVC coupling from his truck on Lisburn Road near Rossmoyne Road on Oct. 10, at 11:12 a.m., according to the Lower Allen Township Police.

The victim reported that Osoria’s truck illegally passed on the right shoulder and that an item thrown from Osoria’s vehicle struck his truck, leaving a two-inch scratch on the rear passenger door and a chip in the front passenger door, investigators said.

Osoria, identified as the driver of the truck owned by a local business, confirmed the account when contacted by police.

Charges of Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief were filed against Osoria, and a summons was issued on Dec. 4.
